Since no two sites are alike it is almost impossible to charge a flat rate for web design services. We prefer to listen to your specific needs and requirements first, then submit a proposal based on your needs. Our rates for the entire project will be on an hourly basis.

Our services are invoiced at each phase of the project, with payment in full due prior to moving forward to the next stage of development. With your invoice, you'll also receive a "to date" status report of completed tasks, and projected development over the next phase.

Your payment for services implies satisfaction with the services rendered to that point. Any revisions requested thereafter will be considered enhancement and will be billed as such.

You will not be billed for the following:
initial consultation
setting up an account with an internet web host (we can provide hosting on our server if you wish)
reasonable travel time (less than 30 minutes one way)
reasonable phone/email conversations

You will be billed for the following:
web site design, HTML authoring, layout, and web page/site publishing
custom graphics production and preparation
scanning and optimization of photographs for the web
on-site digital photography at your location, optimizing of digital photos for the web
copy writing and editing of existing copy
site enhancements such as javascript and flash
site maintenance
